Artex Industrial Investment Company (formerly known as Saudi Carpet Factory) is one of the leading pioneers in the carpet and moquette manufacturing industry in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Established in 1981, Artex began with a clear vision to build an integrated industrial ecosystem that combines exceptional quality, innovation, and craftsmanship.

Today, the company operates nine specialized production facilities dedicated to the manufacturing of woven and non-woven carpets, underlays, felt, and yarn dyeing, in addition to producing yarn and fiber materials used in underlay manufacturing. This makes Artex one of the largest fully integrated carpet manufacturers in the Middle East and Africa.

In 2007, the company rebranded to Al Abdullatif Industrial Investment Company, following a major restructuring and modernization program that transformed it into a public joint-stock company with a capital of SAR 812 million, listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) in compliance with the Capital Market Authority regulations.
